Guryev’s company to sell up to 5% in Russia’s PhosAgro
MOSCOW, Feb 8 (PRIME) -- Adorabella Limited, owned by Andrei Guryev and his family, plans to sell up to 6.475 million shares, or up to 5% of capital of Russian fertilizer producer PhosAgro, it said in a statement on Wednesday.
Part of the revenue from the sale will be used for an immediate purchase of up to 3% of capital in PhosAgro from Igor Antoshin, a member of the company’s board of directors, at the same price at which the 5% will be sold and which will be defined during bookbuilding, the company said.
PhosAgro CEO Andrei Guryev and members of his family hold 45.46% in PhosAgro, his wife Yevgenia Guryeva holds 4.82%, Vladimir Litvinenko owns 14.5%, and Igor Antoshin owns 12.7%.
